On upada u cilindar gdje ga zahvata rotiraju\u0107a pu\u017ena osovina i potiskuje\u00a0prema glavi ekstudera. Tokom prolaza kroz cilindar polimerni se materijal zagrijava. Glava\u00a0za ekstudiranje oblikuje talinu polietilena u kru\u017eni oblik. Nakon izlaska iz glave polietilen se\u00a0hladi, formira u oblik balona te se izvla\u010di prema gore, istovremeno hlade\u0107i se.\u00a0Rashla\u0111ene polietilenske\u00a0folije (od 0,020 do 0,300 mm) namataju se kao gotovi\u00a0proizvodi ili poluproizvodi u obliku role.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-49-0-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_black-studio-tinymce widget_black_studio_tinymce\" data-index=\"1\" ><div class=\"panel-widget-style panel-widget-style-for-49-0-0-1\" ><h3 class=\"widget-title\">Konfekcija<\/h3><div class=\"textwidget\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Izrada vre\u0107a i vre\u0107ica je proces u kojem se iz polietilenske\u00a0folije u roli izra\u0111uju ambala\u017ene\u00a0jedninice u obliku vre\u0107a ili vre\u0107ica od polietilena. Da bi se rola folije izradila u \u017eeljenu ambala\u017enu jednicu prolazi procese presavijanja,\u00a0zataljivanja i rezanja. Nakon izrade vre\u0107e ili vre\u0107ice, ma\u0161ina\u00a0grupi\u0161e vi\u0161e vre\u0107a ili vre\u0107ica u\u00a0grupu te zaposlenici ru\u010dno pakuju u kutije ili plasti\u010dne vre\u0107e.\u00a0Ure\u0111aji koriste kompresovani vazduh\u00a0za pneumatske dijelove te elekti\u010dne grija\u010de za proces\u00a0zataljivanja (varenje dva dijela polietilenske\u00a0folije).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-49-0-0-2\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_black-studio-tinymce widget_black_studio_tinymce\" data-index=\"2\" ><div class=\"panel-widget-style panel-widget-style-for-49-0-0-2\" ><h3 class=\"widget-title\">\u0160tampa<\/h3><div class=\"textwidget\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0160tampa\u00a0je direktna tehnika \u0161tampanja\u00a0koja koristi savitljivu \u0161tampa\u010dku\u00a0formu od fotopolimernih\u00a0materijala.\u00a0Boje su u te\u010dnom\u00a0stanju i sadr\u017ee do 70% organskih rastvora\u00a0(najvi\u0161e etanola,\u00a0etoksipropanola i etil acetata), pigment i vezivo.\u00a0Proces po\u010dinje u zatvorenoj komori sa bojom gdje se boja pod pritiskom nanosi na aniloks\u00a0cilindar (cilindar sa mikroskopski sitnim \u0107elijama - rupicama). Aniloks cilindar prenosi boju na\u00a0cilindar sa \u0161tampa\u010dkom\u00a0formom - kli\u0161ej.\u00a0<br \/>Kli\u0161ej u obliku inverzne \u017eeljene slike prenosi boju na polietilensku\u00a0foliju u roli. Boja na foliji\u00a0se\u00a0su\u0161i na centralnom cilindru i tunelu (do cca 60\u00b0C). Organski\u00a0rastvori u boji isparavaju\u00a0i na foliji\u00a0ostaje samo pigment sa vezivom. Organski spojevi koji su isparili\u00a0iz boje cirkuli\u0161u u tunelu\u00a0(radi odr\u017eavanja temperature) sve dok se ne ispuste van.\u00a0Od\u0161tampana\u00a0folija kao gotov proizvod ili poluproizvod namata se na role.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-49-0-0-3\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_black-studio-tinymce widget_black_studio_tinymce panel-last-child\" data-index=\"3\" ><div class=\"panel-widget-style panel-widget-style-for-49-0-0-3\" ><h3 class=\"widget-title\">Recikla\u017ea<\/h3><div class=\"textwidget\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recikla\u017ea je proizvodni proces u kojem se tehnolo\u0161ki polietilenski ostatak koji nastaje kod\u00a0prelaza radnog naloga u ekstruziji, \u0161tampi\u00a0i konfekciji vre\u0107ica, proizvodnje robe sa gre\u0161kom i\u00a0polietilenska ambala\u017ea pretvara u osnovnu sirovinu granulat.\u00a0Proces je suprotan procesu ekstrudiranja.\u00a0Polietilenski ostatak u obliku role, ambala\u017ene jedinice (vre\u0107e, vre\u0107ice) ili njegovog djela se\u00a0prvo uvla\u010di u toranj ure\u0111aja. Tamo se prvo usitnjava te usitnjeni polietilen upada u cilindar\u00a0gdje ga zahva\u0107a rotiraju\u0107a pu\u017ena osovina i potiskuje prema glavi ekstudera. Tokom prolaza\u00a0kroz cilindar polimerni se materijal zagrijava do temperature taljenja. Glava za ekstudiranje\u00a0oblikuje talinu polietilena u oblik paralelnih \u017eica. Polietilen se hladi i rotacijskim no\u017eem re\u017ee u\u00a0sitne granule. Polietilen u obliku granula se hladi u vodi te potom su\u0161i. Voda za hla\u0111enje\u00a0cirkuli\u0161e, te je zbog isparavanja vode potrebno cca 46 l vode na sat.
